Terms and Conditions : The prices quoted are in Australian Dollars per night or weekend as
specified. If taking a vehicle allow ample time and make barge bookings some
weeks in advance. In the case of prime peak car barge bookings should be
made at least two months in advance.

Terms and Conditions : A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the balance is payable at least 2 weeks before commencement of stay except for prime peak periods when payment is required 4 weeks before commencement of stay.

No deposit is taken in respect of breakages at the commencement of stay. On an honour based system we ask that you inform ray White Moreton Island of the broken item and give them the cash to replace it.

No telephone is provided but mobile phones using 3G or next G have range through out the western side of the island

We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance.
